All rentals require a $300
refundable deposit. Please note that rates are per night and
carry a 10% tax. Monthly rates do not include cleaning or carry tax.
Electricity is billed on a $0.150 per kilowatt hour. Advance payment
is required 10 days before first night stay. Two night minimum
required.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded up to 25 days prior to first day arrival less
$20 handling fee. Cancellation after 25 days prior to arrival will
cause deposit to be forfeited.
